Why did I title this post this way? Because it is also known fact that Stephanie goes to Las Vegas every Memorial Weekend. /shrug.
I went home with Joan on Friday, and left for Vegas on Saturday morning. I was hoping for some sales, as I was on a quest to find some new shoes (Rainbows, cute sandals, sneakers) to take advantage of the cheaper tax. I am especially in dire need of new flip flops! Alas, I have failed, after two outlets and a mall. There weren't any shoes that I liked, not even Rainbows that fit me!
What did I find instead? I went to the CCO at The Fashion Outlet, and picked up some eyebrow shader in Porcelain/Browning. I don't love it, but I'll give it another try. The next day, I found MAC Hello Kitty's Pink Fish lip tint at the mall!! YAY!! They are sold out in many of the MAC stores I visited in Southern California, and I was surprised to find some in Vegas. My heart was beating really fast when the makeup artist, whose name was 'Stars,' pulled out that box. I bought it in a heartbeat! Hehehehe! I love the product, by the way. It makes my lips look so cute! :) Finally, a LeSportsac "makeup bag" to organize all the necessary stuff that I bring with me everywhere.
I also took further advantage of the cheaper sales tax by replenishing my facial wash stock by shopping at The Body Shop, came with a gift after $30 purchase. It is a necessity.
Despite the fact that I went with my family, I had a great time with them. When we were bored, my sister bought internet (which was free for the first 20 mins or something) and streamed Obsessed on my laptop LOL. My brother and I went shopping at the mall, then walked home in 90F+ weather back to the hotel before heading out to a buffet for dinner. When we were bored, we played YuGiOh cards with each other hahaha (yes, I used to own them when they were in)! It sucked because I used one of his decks, so he knew what every card I was using...
I also cam-hoed with my family... and of course updating my Twitter via phone. So if I didn't reply to your tweets right away, you'll know why now.

I ordered the Dariya(?) hair patch thing to see what the hype was about... waste of money, if you have longer hair (including making me look ridiculous!). It does keep the strays out of my face, when my hair is up. Otherwise, they're no better than a hair band. I was walking around the house with them on, and my parents thought I've went mad hahaha! I love receiving weird looks from my parents whenever they experience my weird antics.
Oh, and my experiment with zebra print. Not bad for a first timer, huh? I showed my mom (she loves zebra print) because I knew she'd want 'em too hahaha.
That's all folks! Now I need to start on my Art History paper, which I foolishly deleted most of the pictures from my trip to LACMA before uploading them. RAWRGLRGLR.
